If you do not have cardiovascular disease, chronic kidney disease, Type 1 diabetes or have had a stroke we will calculate your cardiovascular risk score.
This is an estimate of your risk of having a heart attack or stroke in the next 10 years. If this is over 10% you will be sent a letter directing you to the information below and inviting you to make an appointment with a Dr or Nurse Practitioner if you would like to discuss the information further.
